PechaKucha Night (PKN) is a worldwide phenomenon that began in 2003 in Tokyo. It offers the opportunity for a broad range of participants to present their projects, ideas, and passions at a fun, informal, and fast-paced gathering. Drawing its name from the Japanese word for the sound of "chit chat," PKN uses a quick and concise 20 x 20 presentation format that allows presenters to show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. Presenters describe their project as the images forward automatically.
Devised and shared by Klein Dytham Architecture.

You’re amazing Katherine! I love the detailed description of the Magnetica musical device & can’t wait to see it in a performance.
The White Wolf (Canis albus) is a large dog found in the Arctic, it is the second largest living dog species in the world, only the Grey Wolf (Canis lupus) is larger, there are eight recognized subspecies of white wolf: the Tundra Wolf (Canis albus albus), the Barren-Ground Wolf (Canis albus tundrarum), the Hudson Bay Wolf (Canis albus hudsonicus), the Mackenzie River Wolf (Canis albus mackenzii), the †Banks Island Wolf (Canis albus bernardi), the Queen Elizabeth Islands Wolf (Canis albus arctos), the Baffin Island Wolf (Canis albus manningi), and the Greenland Wolf (Canis albus orion).
Fun night-great organization!

Just saw you in Soren Sorenson’s fine Doc./Drama “My Father’s Vietnam.” This is a serious and highly informative film. I lived through that era as you did. “We were young, we were immature,” you said. That’s to say the least. I’m curious, why didn’t you serve? Your son had the courage and guts to serve his country and I’m sure he’s a great young man, like the soldiers that came before him. Much better than you were at his age. I knew of guy’s just like you during that time. You weren’t protesters, you were outside agitators. People like you went to Kent State to disrupt area businesses, aggravate working locals, and fire up the students. In that highly troublesome incident, as you know, 4 students died (some not protesting, just walking between buildings to get to class) and 9 other people were injured (one paralyzed). Why Kent State gave SDS a charter on campus I’ll never know. While I don’t concur with your politics - (I agree with Mr. Loring Bailey Sr. and the things he stated about you in the film) I just hope you former radicals have more of an open mind. I get it that the war was bad. It was a very bad decision all around as history has proven. I blame the French for abandoning the South Vietnamese in the first place. They are just as culpable if not more. Anyway, as you can probably tell, I’m from Ohio. We vote Red here for the most part, except for some blue cities - which are the legacy of unions and apologetic whites, among others. I think politics today are more divisive than ever. And so we must learn to cope. Please tell your son to vote - I’m sure he will anyway though.
coming here on march 2022, wow this video and wow your work now after almost 10 years, congratulations

How wonderful to be able to honor your mother for her contributions. Thanks for sharing. And a timely remark about your piece and Elie Weisel. FYI, I took the old A train down to 96 street, then head back north on the train to the Bronx HS of Science...
Seeing your work is wonderful, and pairing it with your narration adds another layer of clarity. Thank you.
